Terms & Returns We are pleased that you have chosen our products, so we offer you this clear and simple return policies. We accept returns and exchanges within the first 15 working days after receiving your order. Please note that for hygiene reasons the following products will not be changed; white garments including jeans, control body, and intimate clothes in general (pantys, brassieres, etc.).

Because all of our products are inspected before being sent to their recipients, only changes will be accepted to the belts and products that meet the following conditions: they must be unused, with all their original labels and packaging. Items should be free of odors and stains, we also suggest avoiding the use of perfumes or fragrances before measuring our products. For health and hygiene reasons we recommend measuring our garments using underwear.

Do not forget that dirty, used clothes stained with smell or without labels do not qualify for returns exchanges. Only one change will be allowed for each order in any of our products that apply. The customer will be responsible for shipping and forwarding charges.
